1. General Provisions

These “Terms of Use” (hereinafter – “Terms”) set out the rules and procedures for using the barry.am website (hereinafter – “Website”). The Website is owned and operated by Barry Trade LLC.

2. Purpose of the Website and Description of Services

The Website is designed for the sale of medical and household products, as well as for the organization of rental services for certain products. The Website offers a wide range of products including home medical equipment, mobility aids, medical beds, sanitary and hygiene items, orthopedic solutions, children’s products, and other health-related products.

3. User Registration and Obligations

Users can register on the Website by creating a personal account to place orders, make payments, and track deliveries. When registering, users must provide accurate and up-to-date information. Users are responsible for keeping their passwords secure and ensuring the safe use of their accounts.

4. Ordering and Payment Procedures

Orders are placed through the Website interface after selecting the desired product and completing the required form. Available payment methods include bank cards, cash payments, and online payment systems.

5. Delivery Terms

Delivery is available within Yerevan city and the regions of the Republic of Armenia. Delivery in Yerevan is carried out within 1 business day, and in the regions – up to 3 business days. The delivery fee in Yerevan is 500 AMD, while in the regions it depends on the distance. For orders worth 45,000 AMD and above, delivery within Yerevan is free of charge.

6. Return and Exchange Policy

Users have the right to return or exchange a product within 14 days from the date of purchase, provided that the product has not been used, retains its commercial appearance, and is accompanied by relevant documentation. Sanitary and hygiene products, compression garments, and exoprostheses are non-returnable, except in cases of manufacturing defects.

7. Rental Services

The Website also offers rental services for medical beds, crutches, walkers, wheelchairs, and oxygen concentrators. Rental terms and prices are specified on the respective product pages.

8. Privacy Policy and Personal Data Protection

Barry Trade LLC is committed to protecting the privacy of users’ personal data and does not share it with third parties without the user’s consent, except as required by law.

9. Intellectual Property Rights

All content on the Website, including design, images, trademarks, and text, is protected under the laws of the Republic of Armenia and is the property of Barry Trade LLC.
